What is your return and exchange policy?
We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges unless there is a quality issue
with the order. If there is a defect with the product, then a replacement can
be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please email us at
lucky@alwaysgetlucky.com along with a clear picture depicting the problem so
that we can promptly address it.
Do you offer international shipping?
Presently, international shipping is not an option on our website. Most of our orders are successfully filled within the U.S. If you want to inquire about international delivery, or if we will offer such shipments in the future, please feel free to reach out to us directly.
